Professional Packaging System (Multi-Layer Composite Passive Temperature-Controlled Container)
Packaging Structure
Material
Function
Inner Layer (Payload Inner Box)
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
  • Physically isolates samples from cooling materials

  • Prevents direct contact between gel packs and frozen samples, avoiding freeze damage or contamination

  • Ensures samples are transported in a controlled and clean internal environment

Cooling Layer
Frozen/chilled water briquettes (Gel Pack),
special mixture of organic and inorganic materials of the liquid.
  • Acts as the core temperature-control component

  • Gradually and evenly releases cooling energy during transportation

  • Maintains the required low-temperature environment inside the package

Insulation Layer
  • Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIP panels)

  • Polyurethane insulation

  • Serves as the primary thermal protection barrier

  • Effectively blocks external heat transfer

  • Significantly extends temperature-holding duration during transport

Outer Layer
Outer box with insulation material
  • Provides robust external protection

  • Further enhances overall thermal insulation

  • Safeguards internal components and samples from physical stress and ambient temperature variations

Labeling Requirements
Primary Packaging (Double Inner Packaging)
A customized double-layer primary packaging system designed specifically for research-grade peptide APIs, consisting of:
  • sealed vial

  • aluminum foil composite pouch :

PET(outer) + Al Foil + PE/CPP (inner)
providing an excellent barrier against moisture, oxygen, and light, with:
  • WVTR (Water Vapor Transmission Rate) of ≤ 0.01 g/m²·24h

  • OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate) of ≤ 0.01 cc/m²·24h·atm.

  • Light transmission approximately 0%

Effectively protects peptide APIs from hydrolysis, oxidation, and photodegradation, ensuring product stability throughout storage and transportation.
Each package is clearly labeled with essential product information, including:
  • Product name

  • CAS number

  • Batch / lot number

  • Manufacturing date

  • Expiry / retest date

  • Net weight

  • Storage conditions (“Store sealed, protected from light at 2–8 °C”)

  • Intended use statement (“For Research Use Only”)

Secondary Packaging
  • EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) Insulated Container

a closed-cell foamed structure with extremely low thermal conductivity, combined with excellent structural strength and cushioning performance
  • International Transport Ice Packs

manufactured with low-temperature-resistant laminated pouches and filled with polymer gel or phase change materials (PCM)
  • ensuring effective thermal insulation and reliable mechanical protection throughout cold-chain transportation.

  • providing sustained and controlled cooling to buffer temperature fluctuations and ensure safe 2–8°C (5~7 days) cold-chain transportation of peptide APIs.

Tertiary Packaging
A three-layer aluminum foil composite structure:
  • Outer layer – Kraft paper

High tear resistance, puncture resistance and structural strength
  • Middle layer – High-density polystyrene(PS) Insulation Layer

Low thermal conductivity
  • Inner layer – Thermal aluminum foil

high‑purity aluminum foil with excellent oxygen barrier, moisture resistance, and heat reflection capabilities
The three-layer structure works synergistically to provide comprehensive protection:
mechanical strength + thermal insulation + moisture barrier,
ensuring product safety and stability during transport and storage.

Dispatch Timeline
Standard Products
Upon receipt and confirmation of full payment, standard products are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Customized Products
Customized products generally require a 6–8 week production cycle, depending on specific project requirements.
The final delivery timeline will be confirmed with the customer prior to project initiation. Throughout the project lifecycle, we provide continuous progress tracking and timely status updates to ensure transparency and on-schedule delivery.
